The committee for academic affairs will be responsible for evaluation of all credits that are requested to be transferred from other schools. Basically, the credits will be transferred in the following conditions:

  1. The Biblical accuracy with which the class was taught.
  2. The similarity of the classes taken and the classes offered by K.I.B.S.
  3. The class is required by the K.I.B.S. student for graduation.
  4. The academic level upon which the classes was taught.
  5. The actual hours of classroom study compared to the required actual hours of classroom study of the K.I.B.S. program. (Some credits can be given in proportion to the nearest half-credit hour.)
  6. The ability of the student to provide sufficient documentation from the original source of instruction.
  7. The length of time that has occurred since the course was studied. (Less than five years is most preferred. No classes will be considered having been taken beyond 10 years.)
  8. All credits from within the proper length of time from Korea Christian college shall be accepted at full transcript hour credit value.
  9. All students studying from the Winter Correspondence Program shall be accepted according to transcript in proportion to the hours that were studied.
  10. All other Church of Christ Christian College and Preacher Training schools shall be accepted at credit value in proportion to hours studied per class.
