1. Previously baptized Christian.
  2. Faithful in church attendance and church worship.
  3. Competently qualified to teach the classes he is assigned to teach.
  4. Biblical- and publicly - approved moral reputation.
  5. Properly maintains up to date personal data form.
  6. Agrees to meet all classes on time.
  7. Provides sufficient counseling times for all students.
  8. Places all students above all personal matters.
  9. Makes every class a spiritual experience.
  10. Does not work or worship in a congregation that believes in or teaches questionable practices. (1 Tim. 5:7)

Prerequisites for KIBS Teachers

Teachers for K.I.B.S. are selected according to the following priorities

1. Dedicated to the unquestionable following of God's Holy Word.
2. Apparent sacrificial and spirituality.
3. Experience and ability to teach specific subjects.
4. Overall academic acumen.
5. Age and experience in the Father's service.
6. Reputation-personal, public, moral, ethical and doctrinally unquestionable.

    Teachers may be selected for lecturing on special topics in which they are highly knowledgeable. If such individuals are chosen, they will not be chosen for topics dealing with textual or doctrinal practices. Example: Highly skilled individuals in Bible Geography, Archeology, Methodology of Teaching, Methodology of Evangelism, Church Building Construction, Church Building Financial Records Keeping, Management Methods, Leadership Methods, ect. Basically, teachers chosen who are deemed doctrinally unsound will be chosen for classes where there will be no possibility for erroneous doctrinal influence.
