1. Academic records (All academics must be up to date and required classes taken).
2. Finance (All debt to the school should be paid or arrangements made).
3. Academic Affairs Committee approval.
4. Library clearance (All books returned, fees paid, etc.)
5. Thesis-A minimum of 100 pages of manuscript is required and must be approved by the student's mentor and thesis committee.
